How it works
- Create an account and write your listing in your own words: what you do, for whom, and where.
- Pay online by card through Stripe. Nothing is published until it has been paid for and reviewed.
- Editorial review. We check every listing and article against our listing policy: accurate, relevant, substantiated and original. We publish, or return it with notes, usually within two working days.
- Manage it yourself. Edit your listing any time from your account. Edits to live listings are re-checked before they appear.
What a listing includes
- Your own page under the most relevant directory category, with company profile, capabilities, sectors, location, phone, email and website link.
- Inclusion in category pages, site search, the XML sitemap and structured data (Organization schema) for search engines.
- Featured listings are badged, sorted to the top of their category and rotate through the homepage Supplier Spotlight.
Front-page articles
A sponsored article is a technical piece written by your engineers for ours: a case study, a design note, a method. It is labelled as sponsored, shown on the homepage for three months, and stays on your listing page afterwards. We edit for clarity and accuracy but not for marketing claims, which we remove. Articles that read as advertisements are returned.
Editorial independence
Paid listings do not influence our guides, comparisons or calculators. A listing buys a place in the directory, not editorial coverage or a ranking in our articles.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a directory listing cost?
Prices are shown in your account once you have logged in. Standard and featured listings run for 12 months; a front-page sponsored article runs for three months and requires an active listing. Creating an account is free and there is no obligation to buy.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes. Write your listing in your account, then email us from the address on the contact page and we will invoice you and activate the listing when payment arrives.
What happens when my listing expires?
You can renew from your account in the 60 days before expiry. If it lapses, the page is removed from the directory and search engines, but your text is kept so you can renew later without rewriting it.
Do you refund rejected listings?
If we cannot publish a listing because it falls outside our scope (not a water or wastewater business) we refund in full. If it needs changes to meet the listing policy we tell you what to change and keep the listing open for you to edit.
